Product Description

Guide rollers could be rollers' entry guide, slitting roller guide, twist roller guide. They're made of titanium carbide based steel. 

Rolling guide device in high speed wire and rod production line:

The rolling guide assembly generally consists of the guide box body, the guide plate, the support arm and its adjusting device, the middle axis and its adjusting device, the guide roller, the guide roller bearing, the guide roller shaft, the bushing, the oil distribution ring and the dust cover. More than 20 components, such as the guard tip, oil and gas lubrication system and water cooling system, are assembled.

The main process parameters of the guide roller are: the hole radius R of the guide roller and the hole depth D, as shown in Fig. The guide roller hole type of Angang high-speed rolling mill adopts the same curved design. When the rolling stock is running, the surface contact is clamped. The contact area between the guide roller and the rolled piece is about 80%-90%.

Other important process parameters of the guider roller include the roller diameter, the roller material, the roller surface finish, the roller speed, and the angle of inclination of the roller axis.  The roller diameter should be chosen to provide sufficient support for the rolled piece without causing excessive deformation or stress.  The roller material should have good wear resistance, high hardness, and good thermal stability to withstand the harsh conditions of the rolling process.
