Product Description

The conico taper sleeves are high precise sleeve used to help assemble the tungstun carbide rings on the mill. They are used in pre-finishing stand and finishing standar. Its precision is critical to ensure high rolling speed, precise rolling, and stable production processes. We use forging material for the connico sleeves with proper heat treat ment and nitrygeon treatment. All the sleeves are machined by CNC grinding. We strictly inspect each piece of the sleeves before deliverying. We can make all size of the sleeves according to the drawings.
