Specifically, metallurgical stabilizing rollers are generally composed of roller shells, wheel axles, wheel bearings, support mechanisms, etc. Their surfaces are usually made of materials such as hard alloys and ceramic coatings to increase wear and corrosion resistance. During the continuous casting process, the metallurgical stabilizing roller will come into contact with the billet and support and guide it under appropriate pressure, effectively maintaining the smooth passage of the billet and preventing abnormal situations.
