The serial wood chip screen of our company is a special device of wood chip preparing section, mainly used for sorting of wood chips in different size during the process of wood chip production. The sorting specification could be realized through changing different hole size screen mesh. Extensively applied in the material-preparing process of paper making, shaving board and MDF board production.
The wood chip screening machine uses a vibration motor to excite vibration as the vibration source, causing the material to be thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line. The material evenly enters the feeding port of the screening machine from the feeder, and through multiple layers of screen mesh, several specifications of screened and undersized materials are produced, which are respectively discharged from their respective outlets. It has low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharge, and is more suitable for assembly line operations.
