Introduction:
With the Ni, Cr, Mo in GP and special heat treatment, we get the spheroid Graphite Pearlite Roll with excellent strength, elevated temperature properties and resistance to the accident as well as little hardness drop in the working layer.
The NiCrMo alloy provides high strength and toughness while the special heat treatment process aids in the formation of spheroid graphite and pearlite structure. This, in turn, enhances the mechanical properties of the roll including resistance to high temperatures and accidents. Additionally, the work layer of the roll demonstrates minimal hardness drop even after prolonged use, further increasing the durability and reliability of the roll. Overall, the use of NiCrMo alloy and special heat treatment process ensures the production of high-quality rolls that meet the demanding requirements of diverse industrial applications.
